Hello! My name is Ms. Welch. I am a San Diego native. I received both my bachelors and my teaching credential from San Diego State University. In my free time I love being active and being outdoors. I love going to the beach, hiking, and snowboarding. I also love spending time with my friends and family. This is my first year teaching and I am so excited to be here at Rios!
