My name is Jennifer Wangler, and I am a second grade teacher in Room 13. I have a Masters in Education, and my teaching experience spans 24 years all at Madison Avenue Elementary! I love working with second graders because they are eager to learn, and they come to school with a
positive outlook. Feel free to stop by Room 13 to see what my “Knowledge Ninjas” are up to. You’re likely to see happy kids working together with 3 or 4 digit numbers, interacting with chapter books, and creating written pieces with both variety and purpose.

My mission as a teacher is to help kids rise to reach their potential.  Each individual has academic and social strengths to celebrate and challenges to work through. I meet children where they are and support their efforts to grow into the person they’re meant to become.
