We care about your child. Your child’s School Counselor will be providing classroom lessons to middle school and high school students related to suicide prevention.

A parent informational session detailing the lesson is linked below.

If you do NOT want your student to participate in these lessons, please complete the opt-out form linked below prior to the first lesson date. If you opt your child out of the lesson, your child will be given alternative activities during the suicide prevention lessons.

(A physical opt-out form will be sent home with your child.)
