Hello! My name is Elizabeth O’Neill and I am the Transitional Kindergarten Teacher at Naranca. I received my Bachelor’s Degree and a Teaching Certificate in Childhood Studies from Plymouth State University in Plymouth New Hampshire. I also recently completed my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction Planning from Western Governors University. 

As an educator, I believe that it is important to create meaningful relationships with students in order to help them become successful both academically and socially. It is important to me to create a comfortable and inclusive classroom environment, where students are excited to come and learn and explore each day! 

When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring San Diego! As a transplant to this wonderful city, we are always finding new and exciting adventures locally. Some of my other hobbies include baking, reading, and crafting.
