      Welcome to my website.  This information is relevant for the years 2015 and 2016.  I will be teaching three main courses this year that will use technology.  Here you will find information to answer any question you have about the classroom.  If by any chance your question is not answered, please feel free to email me.

 

Beginning Coding:  Student will learn how to code and eventually build projects showing the learning of skills that will be added to a studio for grading.  

 

Design and Modeling:  Design and Modeling centers on the use of a PC (provided in class) and the AutoDesk Inventor program.  Projects will revolve on the use of Engineering Practices.

 

Automation and Robotics:  This class will begin with the understanding of Engineering Practices then move to hands on projects that build using Vex Robotics items.  To really get the idea of where this class is going, Google Vex Robotics competition.  It will also make use of the coding learned before to program the robot and perform certain tasks.
