    Hello, I'm Mr. Porter.  My History classes specialize in not only learning and engagement but hopefully fun and a feeling of community.  My entire class, including any assingments and/or handouts, is online on . Please make sure to check the "Landing Page" section in Google classroom for resources including a calendar, student resources, learning roadmap and more.

    All content we will be covering this year is found  in the California State Standards.

    My classes focus on the "" model, so project based learning is happening through student lead creativity and initiative. I do not assign homework so all work is done in class.

     All grades will be posted in LCC's official grading application .
