Hi, my name is Mrs. León and I teach 2nd grade at Naranca Elementary School. I received my Bachelors in Multiple Subject Teaching and Teaching Credential from San Diego State University. I also recently received my Masters of Arts in Teaching from San Diego State University.
As a teacher, I believe every child is capable of achieving anything they set their mind to. I encourage my students to take risks, be brave and try new things. They learn to embrace failures as learning opportunities. My goal is for every student to leave my classroom knowing they are loved, believed in and able to achieve their dreams.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, having coffee with friends, running, and playing with my dog, Oso.
