Hi! My name is Kristen Guarnotta and I am a second grade teacher at Naranca Elementary. I have now been a teacher here for 9 years and feel so grateful. I received my Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies from San Diego State University as well as my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. I also earned my Masters Degree from San Diego State University with a Masters of Arts in Teaching. 

One of the many reasons I love teaching at Naranca is because we build such an amazing community every year with our students, parents, and staff. My main goal is to make learning fun and exciting as well as creating a safe environment in my classroom. 

When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my fiance and dog! I also love to hang out with friends and family, camp, and travel to different places. Oh and I can’t forget my love of donuts:).
