Hi! My name is Sally Hale and I am a kindergarten teacher at Naranca Elementary. I am in my 9th year of teaching, 8 of which have been in Kindergarten! I received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University as well as my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. I also earned my Masters Degree from San Diego State University with a Masters of Arts in Teaching. 

One of my favorite things about teaching kindergarten is that I get to play a large role in fostering students’ love of school from the very beginning. I believe that building relationships comes first and I want my students to spend each day in our classroom feeling loved, confident and excited about learning. The academic and social/emotional growth and progress we see in kindergarten throughout the year never ceases to amaze me. I believe every student is capable of great success and I will always be their biggest cheerleader!

When I am not in the classroom I enjoy traveling, taking photographs, and spending time with my fiancé, family and friends. I am happiest outside, whether it is at the top of a mountain or at the beach with a good book!
